Please review these terms before sending your request.
Booking status
Requests are pending until reviewed and approved. A confirmed time is only secured after approval and payment of the deposit.
Deposit
A 200 SEK non-refundable deposit is deducted from the final price.
Changes and cancellations
Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment. Later changes or cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Arrival and access
A 10-minute grace period applies. For home visits be home and reachable; for salon visits arrive on time at Geijersgatan 10.
